Healthy Habits: Gratitude


I know earlier this year I wrote about gratitude. I just really think that being grateful daily is so important and it allows us to appreciate what truly matters. That way we are able to treasure everyday experiences that can sometimes be overlooked.  Last week I bought a gratitude journal and so far I have been enjoying noting down all the things that I am grateful for daily. I really do believe it gives me clarity to see what actually matters and to appreciate everything I love. In future posts I will be touching on subjects that help me to have a clearer ‘mental hygiene’ through daily healthy habits.
